Get Well Card, Nov. 2017 - Need A Hug (LSHD)

Hi Paper Crafters,

There is a lot of illness going through our school. Surprisingly, it has been going on since late September beginning with a string of strep throat. It has not slowed down since. Fortunately, I tend to be immune to most and have rarely been sick in the 12 years I have been teaching. In fact, I have only called in sick once in that time. Let's hope I stay that way now that I have put it out there... Is everyone knocking on some wood for me?!

While searching through my SVG images, I came across an older freebie from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs, Need A Hug. This little mouse is sure to brighten someone's day who is under the weather. Get well all you sickies out there, Thanksgiving Day is quickly approaching. You need your appetites back for all the yummy fixin's.

Thanksgiving Card 2017 - Chilling Turkey (LSHD)

Hi Paper Crafters,

Jumping in this morning to share a Thanksgiving card I have created using the Little Scraps of Heaven Designs, Chilling Turkey clip art. Today is the last day to pick up this file, FREE. I love how the turkey can either be looked as a feeling relief from not being the day's meal, or he is portraying the family after a large gathering filled with the blessing of way too much to eat.

Have a blessed Thanksgiving holiday. I wish the best for you and your family.

All card supplies are Close To My Heart, please shop my independent consultant website for your paper crafting supply needs.

Clip Art Tags - 2017 (LSHD)

Hi Paper Crafters,

Today in my craft room I did a bit more organization with my holiday papers. I have had the papers and embellishments in too many places. Trying hard to consolidate. While I was in the process, I created a chain reaction with my wire cube system. Took my own advice given to my mom and anchored the entire system with zip ties.  This should help keep everything in line and prevent the wire sections from slipping out of their anchors. Crossed fingers!

After I completed my chore, I created some tags using clip art images from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs. Files used are the "In His Hands," "Scarecrow Mouse," and "Bear with Turkey Leg." The last two are prior free images.

Enjoy!

Paper Pieced Bookmarks - Bookworm in Training (LSHD)

Hi Paper Crafters,

This evening's project was put together using the cut file "Bookworm in Training" from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs. As I have mentioned in my YouTube videos, I cut several images out at once when making new projects with my Cricut Explore.

Since cataloging my stamp sets there are many ideas going through my head. Why? Because I now have a good idea of what I have in my stamp set stash. Now we gotta put them to use... On the bookmarks I have used book/library themed stamp sets. So fun!

Enjoy!

Cataloging Craft Supplies - Stamp Sets/Thin Cuts (11/2017)

Hi Paper Crafters,

No actual projects completed this weekend. However, I did get to another organization task... Cataloging my stamp sets and thin cuts for ease of finding what I want when I need it.

I have some old school supplies from my boys' years in school that need to be either purged/donated or put to use. So, I grabbed a stamp pad and pulled one stamp set at a time to be inked up and stamped on the notebook paper. I then used Post-It notes to separate the notebook paper by categories already established in my craft room since learning about the Totally Tiffany way of organization.

Here is a YouTube video I created sharing the outcome of my Veteran's Day holiday weekend. Leave me comments for further explanation, or to share how you have organized your craft supplies lately.

Enjoy!
